Let Go by Feeline The Peter Paul Remix

14 May

Oh My Life! From the first four bars I KNEW this was going to be a tune. It is just FILTH! A right oldie in modern terms but simply, timeless. For goodness sake, it’s got cowbells! Peter Paul twisting up this Feeline tune beautifully. I Love Tech House.

Here Comes The Funky by DJ Fen

Hot off the digital press we’ve a minimal Breaks tuneage that’s an excellent subtle number bridging the bangers together.

Rock Star by Frederic de Carvalho, Gooseflesh & Pro7 The Pro7 Remix

When it comes to defining; Eclectic. This is a perfect example. All the best filthy, grimey, dirty sounds possible from breaks, dubstep, electro and tech house all assembled in an organised chaos producing this stunner. Awesome.

Disco Falls by Digital Freq

21 Mar

From the pages of the great Electro House book, we’ve a storming number which is a very special piece of production. Digital Freq conceiving that which is similar to the style of the ‘Mau5 but with the added edge of some filthy tweaks and booms a like to the breakbeat scene. This is a smart eclectic mix of stupendous noises, concluding in a banging tune.

If a track like this is going to be called what it is named by a DJ/Producer who plays dirty, filthy sounding breakbeats that are absolutely banging tunes, can you envisage what this one will sound like?! It’s almost WRONG!

Wile Out by Zinc feat Ms Dynamite

Punchy, raunchy with a touch of fidget-house and vocals that will make the dancefloor rather wet. We’ve a record that is storming the club scene and is getting awesome radio coverage. If you haven’t heard it yet, where the hell have you been?!

Message from Dread/I Will Move The Earth by Mr Snook

18 Mar

This here is Mr Snook on his first signing. With the label Broken Robot Records, I Will Move The Earth and Message From Dread are the rumblers he has conceived. We have a chap who will make tsunami’s in the sea of crowds on many a club dancefloor in the near future. Producing some electro tinged breakbeats such as this I’m already waiting for his next releases. Cracking stuff!

What You Gonna Do? by Neurodriver and Atomic Drop

18 Mar

Broken Robot Records, I feel will be belter out a good few dancefloor bangers over the coming months now that their first year has been conquered. Neurodriver & Atomic Drop tear up the Breakbeats format, tweak & bleep the hell out of it whilst steering the track towards the brinks of Electro and House. A great balance as it bounces lightly but shrouded with depth. Sweet indeed, I’m loving it.

Woo Boost by Rusko

Rusko dropping some filthy dubstep tuneage which is surrounded by a treasure trove of various remixes as well as a House version from the man himself. But surely there is not one that has the floor ripping capabilities as the original..

The passion Farina has on the decks, being felt within the uplifted crowd can in fact be quite exhilarating.

Check out his radio podcast below and if you fancy a funky house Silent Disco then CLICK THIS to get the additional hour the follows where he chats with Nick Corelli from my old school personal favourites, MYNC Project.
