Directed by Carl Burgess, dubstep superstar DJ @I_Skream has a music video of his track Where You Should Be which features one of his regular vocalists on his work Sam Frank.

My personal synopsis of the track is a story of someone who has passed away, speaking from the other side. A ghostly figure going far too soon, way before their time. It’s such a sweet song and a template for younger dubstep, bedroom DJ’s to consider more and follow. The bang, bang, wibble, wobble stuff is a more acquired taste but this track here is what it is all about.

The dubstep genre is one of fickle. Some records sound like a combination of samples from a crashing marching band coupled with the screeching effect from a fax machine and then we have delights like this. Balanced, soothing, sweet and warm. The bass is tremendous.

This will be the next dubstep record to reach number one spot in the UK when it is released. Quote me.
