Having had one awesome year, Hedflux has graced us all with a bit of a rarity. A Hedflux Mix.

Comprising of some of his most delectable of tunes – new and exclusive – a couple of favourites from Broken Robot Records over the last few months and also with material from the artists Monk3ylogic, LuQas, Snook, Bad Tango, Tim Healey and including BRR boss Neurodriver himself.

This mix though is breakbeats trippier, bouncier and further on ‘out-there’ unofficial sub-genre, Psychedelic Tech-Funk. The tunes are gutsy, grungey and glorious. Deep basslines, dreamscape hooks and slings with the occasionally wobble and plenty of moments where the spine will tremor.

Hedflux says: “I’m totally psyched to be sharing this mix with you. In the last year I’ve been (almost) all over the world performing, introducing people to this sound. The response has been overwhelming, and it seems like every new gig I travel to now has an even more electric atmosphere than the last. I’ve always been highly selective of the music I play, in an effort to define something new and distinct, and I feel now that this style is getting the recognition it deserves.”
