No Pressure ft MC Twilight / The Trip by The Flashback Project [Breaks]

A new release from Rob ‘Ceos’ Ferri’s record label Downbeat Productions with their new signing The Flashback Project who I think will be turning a few heads if they are to release tracks like these ones; ‘No Pressure’ and ‘The Trip’.

Even though Rob ‘Ceos’ Ferri is based in New York his breakbeat tunes from his label Downbeat Productions always travel extremely well over the Atlantic to a warm and rapturous welcome in the UK and beyond. This brand new signing The Flashback Project are sure to well on both sides of the pond with their Glastonbury buzz on one track and their Burning Man vibe on the other.

The first piece of tuneage ‘No Pressure’ has the big party atmosphere incorporated with big wind up at the beginning and in parts by MC Twilight adding a Hip Hop sensation along with the broken beats within an awesome Old Skool Rave flavour which will ignite those people from the days gone by.

The second tune ‘The Trip’ has a little more of the classic breakbeat drive but with a spiritual injection of trance-like effects so the raucous bassline and tones of grime interwined make this an epic psybreaks release suited for the Hedflux, Bad Tango and Monk3ylogic fans who appreciate some psychedlia in their sets.

One thing that I do know, this is not a brand new guy because tracks like this are not made like this by newbies. I am already looking forward to The Flashback Projects next one.
