The Electro punksters from Istanbul have unleashed a peerless 4 track EP. @thegooseflesh have created some dance-floor rockers and with tracks like these, mayhem will no doubt ensue. This is a knockout.

After the first bar on the first track ‘Misfits’ you know straight away that there will be no prisoners taken. It rolls out with the bass drum kicking in, teasing Dutch style high tones and aggressive stabs. It is then followed by a dip which then progresses out of the lull and at that point you can’t help thinking that there is a riot about to seriously go off. And it most certainly does.

The track ‘Rite’ has an even harder drum track booming away at the start – which as it happens, sounds like a real one which is nice to hear. A sordid riff soon intervenes before the break and then when the calm starts to lift, the roof rises. More high pitched hollers akin to dirty Dutch screech in with echoing housey tones almost hidden behind but supporting and filling the vibe to the fullest, it’s a sterling track as well as sterling production. Full, fat and hungry for commotion.

‘Titan’ is a little more laid back but propels itself more harmoniously with a corrupting riff that’s difficult to shake out of your head. A true dance-floor killer.

The final track ‘Combo Fix’ is more Dutch style Electro again. Earsplitting shrills with a grimy electronic bass combining funk together for a smiley moshpit.

All in all, this is a killer EP similar to the work of The Bloody Beetroots and Cyberpunkers. If you know of them then you know what to expect.
