Etostone - For Eternity - PM Recordings - thetruejoe90.com

This forthcoming release from one of the planets most dedicated composers, the multi-award winning dance music producer Etostone extends his glorious discography with yet another triumphant release with a string of versions to suit mood, set and radio show.

After his long spell releasing some deep breakbeat tunes, several albums and producing a score of wondrous audio material, multi-award winning Greek producer @Etostone has taken away his focus from the genre beginning his new journey towards the more uplifting and atmospheric. After his first release in sometime with ‘I Take U High’ back in the spring his latest offering featuring vocalist Carlos Galavis on ‘For Eternity’ takes his journey further.

The single comes with several different takes to suit various styles of House, Trance as well as radio edits of each and extended ones along with an acoustic. All of which are produced by Pavlos himself and an added bonus with a remix by George Absent.

On the original track the bass is strong, firm, solid, crisp and clear with a lovely Trance-like piano riff echoing along in the groove amongst the resembling Enrique Iglesias vocals provided by Galavis except with a touch more masculinity than the Latin global star.

The acoustic version removes all of the electronica leaving behind a delightful vocal and piano-only track which showcases off further Galavis’ strong voice. The Summer Breeze Edit has more emphasis on the keyboards with more sustaining notes and a reduction in the bassline whilst the Killer Bassline Edit of course has a deeper more seductive effect on the release which would have to be my preference as it fills the track out further. The Xenon Edit takes the track down a more Tech style route with more swirls and grittier mids whilst the George Absent Remix is lighter, wavier and more suited for very late or extremely early. There is also the Radio Gagga Edit which has elements of all of the versions packed into one so it delivers a cross-genre track with element of Electro, Trance, Tech and full of House.

Other than the acoustic and the GA remix the tracks are in an extended form so the tracks really do show of some marvellous production skills and an ear for making some really nice music. Even a free download has been made available by Etostone which is a remix of ‘Break Me’ by Nicko, a famous mainstream pop icon from Greece which is available here and the track can be previewed below.

I think it is about time that people started to realise that Pavlos Etostone is indeed one of the greats.

‘For Eternity’ by Etostone featuring Carlos Galavis is soon to be released by PM Recordings on April 30th 2012.
