Feeling You by A Dominant Species | The Original DnB & Open Cluster Breaks Remix | Single Review

There’s nothing like a good bit of drum and bass to get the old ticker moving a few beats quicker and another smooth-like-teflon piece of material is unleashed from the studios over seen by A Dominant Species.

Feeling You is originally a dee and bee number which is sweeter than syrup de gomme flows like it as well. The track has a small vocal score weaving throughout but the supporting wubs are a treasure indeed. The pace is about 175bpm and it has a lovely atmospheric aura about it. It has warmth and it moves.

The breaks remix – done by Open Cluster – has the core pieces included but has such an awesome industrial psybreaks vibe which I can’t get enough of. It’s like a hybrid of work from psychedelic dance music guru Hedflux crossed with the grittiness and grunt of Access Denied.

You’ll be putting the war-face on for this baby.

Feeling You by A Dominant Species is released by STFU Records and is out on August 1st 2011 on Beatport and everywhere else on the 15th.
