Don’t Let Go by Millions Like Us | The Original, InContext & Far Too Loud Remixes | Single Review
Millions Like Us are a trio of like-minded musicians from Brighton, UK who have come together rising from the ashes like the phoenix from a dying band who are now acknowledged by the superstar DJ elite such as deadmau5, Calvin Harris and funny enough, Nero who are very much akin to Chase & Status and also signed to the same label.
Their emitting energy is in the form of drum and bass, electro and dubstep. The sweet-sounding lyrics hover over some euphorious, gritty and stabby bass-lines. A trance record with serious oomph if you like. I almost thought it couldn’t be bettered but this dubstep delight has had the Far Too Loud effect injected with a more maniacal pace and breakbeat tech with a ridiculously filthy drop towards the end. As with InContext‘s drum and bass version has been quite true to the original. It has been sped up and fused with additional bounce.
These are in fact also the debut releases from Quantum records who have branched away from their insanely popular YouTube channel.
All three versions are serious club bangers and each are awesomely alluring whatever you preference of genre.
