I like hearing bands that sound like other bands, but better. Having that little bit more off something whether it be an ecstatic drum beat, a funkier bass, a more frantic guitar riff laden record or more powerful vocal strength.

Go Now And Live by We Are The Ocean | Album Review
I find that when you talk to people on the phone, you can tell whether they are smiling or not. It makes a massive difference to people who are working in sales. Having a positive demeanour is paramount. It increases sales. When listening to the new album by We Are The Ocean, the energy they emit shows that they enjoy what they are doing so they’ve sold the album to me.

Euphoric Heartbreak by Glasvegas | Album Review
Glasgow, Scotland is not a depressing place. It is a beautiful city full of culture but like many cities across all of the lands, there are some areas which can be deemed as a wee bit miserable. A little sad. Depressing maybe. But true Scotsmen will not get down about it. Shrug, deal with it and carry on regardless.

The End by Hyper | The Beatman & Ludmilla Remix | Single Review
Make no mistake, I’m a bit of a rocker. I grew up on Metallica, Faith No More, Pantera, all that kind of jazz. So I’m fond of a heavy guitar riff. Hyper‘s latest dance release mixed up with Beatman & Ludmilla‘s dub-steppy breakbeats remix very much has classic metal guitar riffs.
